2.1. All products (footwear, apparel, and accessories) presented on Emporiumi.ge are 100% authentic items imported from the USA and Europe.
2.2. All prices on the website are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include applicable taxes.
2.3. We reserve the right to change prices or cancel orders in the event of stock unavailability or technical errors. In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

3. Orders & Payment
3.1. Orders can be placed directly through the website **Emporiumi.ge** or via our official social media channels (Facebook/Instagram).
3.2. Payment methods include:
* Credit/Debit Card payments via secure online payment gateways;
* Direct Bank Transfer to the official business bank account of Emporiumi.ge.
3.3. An order is considered confirmed once the customer receives an order confirmation via email or SMS.

4. Delivery & On-Site Fitting Service
4.1. Delivery is available across Tbilisi and all regions of Georgia.
4.2. **On-Site Fitting Service (Tbilisi only):**
Customers in Tbilisi have the option to try on footwear/apparel upon courier delivery.
* If the size or model does not fit, the customer has the right to decline the purchase.
* In this case, the customer is only responsible for paying the fixed delivery/courier fee.

5. Returns & Exchanges (14-Day Statutory Right)
In accordance with the Law of Georgia "On the Protection of Consumer Rights":
5.1. **Return Window:** Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within **14 calendar days** of receiving the product, without stating any reason.
5.2. **Return Conditions:**
* Products must be in their original, unused, and pristine condition with all original tags attached and original factory packaging/box intact.
* Products showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or dirt will not be accepted for return.
5.3. **Return Shipping Costs:** The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the **customer** (unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to a store error).
5.4. **Refund Processing:** Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item at our warehouse, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a maximum of **14 calendar days**.
